On behalf of everyone who volunteers at the Village Hall, members of the Committee and Friends of Boosbeck Village Hall collected the Mayors Community Achievement Award.

Whatever you do, in whatever capacity, you all make a massive impact to our hall.

 

Volunteering is best summed up by "Volunteers do not necessarily have the time; they just have the heart.” This is by Elizabeth Andrew, an American author. This volunteer quote is iconic because it encapsulates the concept that the time that volunteers give is valuable and deeply appreciated.
